POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE:
Ensure upstream Payroll data accuracy through data management and validation, enabling correct and timely pay.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as Junior Team Lead, spending 70% of time on supervisory activities and 30% of time on processing transactions.
• Act as escalation point to the Associate manager/Manager
• Responsible for developing and ensuring integrity and consistency of set Payroll Admin processes/procedures applicable to the accounts being handled.
• Responsible for ensuring Service Delivery to the client, balancing staffing requirements with operational efficiencies and financial goals.
• Conduct monthly coaching and performance feedback for direct reports in Payroll Admin teams (Transactional, Complex or Time & Attendance)
• Analyse and solve increasingly complex problems.
