POSITION TITLE: Instructor Senior Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with Operations Management, Quality, and Process Owners in developing learning solutions targeting identified needs and priorities
• Develop effective learning programs, synchronous and asynchronous, incorporating the adult learning principles
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer via an assortment of teaching techniques and assessment tools
• Facilitate all required training programs both new hires and existing staff
• Proactively develop activities or modules to supplement existing programs or initiatives
• Prepare/maintain reports like training effectiveness measures, training completion reports, and data analysis for business reviews
• Attend quality calibration calls and provide recommendations
• Provide Operations Director/Managers with input on possible resolutions. Provide solutions to escalated issues and updates.
• Ensure changes to processes are communicated to staff in a timely manner
• Provide production support as required for process retention and as needed by Operations
• Expand support provide by pursuing trainer skills development and trainer certification

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 2 years relevant experience • No domain; open to all industry • Trainer component to be upskilled internally
