RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish, maintain, and manage relationships with clients (both functional stakeholders and procurement) • Develop and maintain skills needed to execute current responsibilities • Ensure quality targets are achieved. • Graduation / post-graduation with 1-3 years’ experience in procurement operations, PR to PO processing, SLA & KPI • Management in Procurement Outsourcing/Managed Services/Procurement Organizations • Good communication and presentation skills. • Strong understanding of latest Microsoft Office applications i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel. • Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 6 months’ experience in procurement • Proficiency in MS Office tools and / or Project management - nice-to-have only • Working knowledge of Ariba / SAP systems - nice-to-have only • Working experience of Power BI, Power Automate - nice-to-have only
