Deal Desk Analyst - EMEA

Job Description:
Pluralsight is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to proactively work to accelerate deal closure. The purpose of this role is to ensure that deals adhere to corporate strategies and remain compliant while partnering with sales to create a positive impact. This role will work closely with Sales Operations and Contracts to streamline consistent deal structure.

What you'll do:

• Review and document non-standard sales deals.
• Improve processes to create business visibility, speed and consistency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team on deal-related matters including proposals of alternative options and/or value proposition to drive deal structures.
• Monitor the workflow of sales deals to ensure timely approvals.
• Collaborate with internal partners.
• Understand systemic processes and limitations to partner with sales regarding deal rollout.

Experience you'll bring:

• Solid understanding of Salesforce CPQ
• Prior experience with supporting entire Sales territories

Requirements:

• Experience in sales operations, contracts, finance, strategy or related fields
• Ability to understand and evaluate contracts
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• This is a hybrid position- Dublin office

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work.
