About The Role:

As our Deal Desk Lead you will build the foundation to support our growing best-in-class sales team. You will partner with sales leadership, legal, and finance to navigate and build our sales process. This role reports into the Head of Accounting.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Build and manage our deal desk process, including automating our standard deals and assisting our sales team with non-standard deal structuring and cross-functional approvals
  • Work with sales leaders and cross-functional partners to align on standard deals, approval structures, and deal desk policies
  • Translate the deal desk policies into Salesforce (and eventually CPQ)
  • Ensure each deal is executed timely and in compliance with our agreed upon policies and data requirements
  • Build and manage order operations and work closely with our billing operations team to ensure each order is billed properly
Skills You'll Need to Bring:
  • 6+ years of deal desk strategy and operations experience
  • Top notch communication, organization, and prioritization
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce best practices, including how to manage deal desk communications in Salesforce
  • Builder experience - we’re in the early days of our product and the company in general. We need someone who is excited about being an early member of our dedicated Deal Desk function/team
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with Salesforce system design and new feature implementation
  • Experience with CPQ implementation experience
  • Prior experience with a fast-growing start-up, or a SaaS company
  • Experience with PLG SaaS products
