About The Role & Team


As a Deal Desk Manager you are responsible for supporting our Quote to Order Process.  You sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, acting as a strategic advisor, managing deal flow and driving sustainable growth while minimizing sales cycle times.  You are a sound business thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.


As a Deal Desk Manager, you will:
  • Engage on deals as a partner, advisor, and approver. You will drive velocity and accountability in a quote to cash process.
  • Partner with the Revenue Accounting team to review or address revenue recognition concerns for non-standard deal structures.
  • Consult with the Legal Team to work through non-standard terms or commitments, and mitigate legal risk.
  • Remove blockers in our paper process. You are constantly exploring ways to drive better velocity, standardization, and predictability in our quote to order process.
  • Build and deliver cross-training to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Lead with recommendations for both deals and overall process.
  • Lead strategic projects to drive efficiency and scalability in our business. Examples of projects include improving our auto-renewal process, and representing Deal Desk in the NPI process.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 5-10 years of Deal Desk or Strategic Operations experience.
  • You find working on deals energizing and exciting.
  • Your favorite part of the job is working with Sales.
  • You are detail oriented and can anticipate and act on issues before they become problems.
  • You have a working understanding of ASC 606 and contract review.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus!
