• 2+ years of proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales or CS Operations
• Highly organized, customer-focused, out of the box thinking, strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Interpersonal skills - Excellent communicator and problem-solver
• Prior experience working with multi-national teams
• Salesforce experience - a must
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks
• General high-tech/Start-up/Software experience
• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting
