This role provides a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth through mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. You will play a pivotal part in identifying, evaluating, and executing high-impact corporate development opportunities that expand capabilities and accelerate long-term growth. You will manage deals end-to-end, from developing investment theses to supporting post-close integration. Accountabilities

  • Source, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, and partnerships.
  • Lead deal execution from start to finish, including developing investment theses, financial modeling, diligence, and documentation review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to assess targets, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes.
  • Support post-close integration and high-priority initiatives to expand product capabilities and accelerate growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry players, emerging startups, and investors to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations that guide strategic decision-making and enhance organizational growth.

  • Requirements

    • 3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, finance, or a similar role with live M&A transaction exposure.
    • Strong understanding of business models, valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, unit economics), and M&A financial modeling.
    • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
    • High attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
    • Deep curiosity about technology, SaaS, and AI-driven business trends.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex concepts for varied audiences.
