This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Deal Registration Specialist based in India.

This role sits at the center of channel operations, ensuring smooth coordination between sales teams, channel partners, and internal operations functions in a fast-scaling cybersecurity environment. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing deal registrations while safeguarding data accuracy and process integrity across CRM systems. The position plays a key role in enabling efficient partner operations by ensuring that opportunities are correctly registered, tracked, and supported throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain clean data in Salesforce, and support reporting needs that inform business decisions. The environment is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, requiring strong ownership and communication skills. Accountabilities:

  • Review and process deal registrations submitted by channel partners, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Act as a data steward by maintaining high-quality records for partners, prospects, and customers within Salesforce.
  • Support channel and sales operations teams by resolving inquiries related to deal registrations and account data.
  • Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support partner operations and business visibility.
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with internal teams and external partners regarding deal status and related issues.
  • Provide backup support to broader sales operations functions to ensure continuity of business processes.
  • Contribute to special projects that enhance channel efficiency, data integrity, and operational scalability.

  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, or a similar coordination-focused role.
    • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a data or operations capacity.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large volumes of data accurately.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact across multiple stakeholder groups.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high quality and consistency.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
    • Prior experience working with channel partners is an advantage.
