About the Job
We are seeking a Dealer Sales Relationship Manager to help develop and maintain relationships with our Credit sell-side partners. This role will be part of a team dedicated to marketing our products and services to our sell-side base with unique needs. The incumbent is accountable for developing and maintaining Credit Sell-side relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Building relationships with sell-side trading desk, market structure and technology teams to advance initiatives, protocols, and MarketAxess connectivityÂ
- Obtaining and sharing user feedback and making thoughtful suggestions around systems enhancements, functionality, and usabilityÂ
- Marketing the firm’s trading capabilities, technology updates, and new initiatives to the sell-side community
- Educating our Sell-Side relationship on how to effectively manage the MarketAxess network within their own business model
- Increasing trading volume as demonstrated through incremental revenues
- Increasing market share and staying ahead of any competition
- Partnering with global sales teams, product management, and product specialists to achieve and exceed sales goals and maximize end-user training
- Coordinating the development and refinement of marketing collateral, as needed, with the US Marketing team
- Identifying industry events to attend, as applicable
What You Bring to the Table
- 4+ years’ significant experience in a trading or sales capacity on a fixed income desk
- Series 7 and 63 preferred Â
- Prior broker/dealer, buy-side firm, or other electronic trading venue experience
- Detailed knowledge of the fixed income markets, preferably investment grade, high yield, Emerging Markets, leveraged loans, and fixed income ETFs 
- Passion for electronic trading and the resilience to effectively promote its continued evolution through MarketAxess products
- Self-starter, extremely results oriented and tenacious
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill complex information across multiple audiences, functions/disciplines and/or locations
- Strong interpersonal skills – team collaboration, presentation skills, rapport-building and client orientation
- Established list of relationships
- Ability to travel as requiredÂ

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $110,000 USD to $175,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
