Dealer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Dealer Support Specialist to join our team! As a Dealer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up our dealers for success. You will do this by assisting dealers with add-on services for merchants, providing technical support via phone and email, identifying and solving technical issues, and handling any dealer requests to provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.

• 1+ years of experience with restaurant operations
• 1+ years of experience using Point-of-Sale systems (either in a support or end-user capacity)
• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support/Customer Service
• Enjoy problem-solving and thinking outside the box
• Proven ability to convey complex step-by-step instructions in layman's terms
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills
• Experience implementing, training, and supporting SpotOn Restaurant POS a plus

Compensation:

• Our base pay range starts at $22-$26/hour for this role
• Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
• Offers will be reflective of the candidate's location and experience
