Debt Consultant

Our debt consultants are critical to our company’s success, serving as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial solutions. Specializing in crafting tailored debt relief strategies based on individual customer needs while educating them on debt options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their financial situation and determine if debt settlement is a viable option for them.
• Receive inbound calls while also calling outbound on warm leads provided by the company.
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits.
• Clearly outline the terms and conditions of the proposed debt settlement plan, including expected monthly payments and the overall timeline for debt resolution.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
• Generate revenue through client enrollments and successful debt settlements, contributing to the overall financial goals of the organization.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in a sales role. 
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Experience working in a highly commission-driven environment.
• Previous experience in debt settlement is a plus.
• Possess a strong work ethic and determination. 
• Effectively overcoming customer objections.
• Skilled in managing customer rejections. 
• Thrives on connecting with people on a personal level.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to achieve monthly targets and adhere to deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in essential technological skills, including but not limited to email communication, handling customer inquiries via email, multitasking with multiple tabs on a computer, proficient internet usage, and effective utilization of phone and chat communication tools
• Demonstrated enjoyment in assisting others through phone conversations and the ability to educate consumers and maintain composure throughout interactions.

The Pay

$15.50/Hourly base rate uncapped monthly commissions + OT (up to 10 hours a week).
