Debt Consultant (Inside Sales)

First Choice Credit Management specializes in helping people regain their financial freedom through debt relief solutions that help save money and resolve debt more quickly. FCCM is looking to hire several motivated Debt Relief Sales Representatives who focus on educating consumers on their options and helping them make the best decision to resolve their debt. Our Debt Relief Sales Representatives are provided high quality leads and inbound calls from proven marketing channels.

Things you should know about this role:

• This is not a Remote position. You will be required to work in our office in West Palm Beach. 
• The schedule is Mon-Thurs 9:00a-6:00p and Friday 9:00a-5:00p
• This is a phone sales job. You will be making calls to and taking calls from people that are looking for help with their debt. We provide you with quality leads (no cold calling required), but you must enjoy being on the phone and put forth the effort to be successful.
• This role is hourly + commission. On average, a first-year sales representative can expect to earn $55,000 or more. Experienced sales reps can make $100k+

Responsibilities include:

• Taking inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
• Making outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services
• Evaluate potential clients' situation and provide options to help pay off their debt
• Quote payment options and explain program details
• Effectively manage a client pipeline ensuring proper follow-up
• Be thorough and detailed with the presentation, information gathering and completing client files

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual is a plus! 
• 1+ years of phone sales or related experience (preferred)
• The ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and effectively.
• Must have a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a sales environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Availability to work full-time in our West Palm Beach office.

Compensation: Base hourly rate and uncapped commission paid weekly and bonuses paid monthly.
