Decision Support - Cost Accounting, Manager (Staff Augmentation)
Job Description
- Provide internal and external leadership on Strata Staff Augmentation engagements focused on providing high value and satisfaction along with managing budget and timelines.
- Provide oversight, direction, and guidance to the internal teams both proactively and reactively to deliver high quality, high value services. Continuously looking for opportunities for improvement and effective collaboration.
- Promote engagement with customer's senior-level leadership to ensure project satisfaction, effective communication, and partnership. Serve as an escalation point on satisfaction issues as needed.
- Partner with program leadership and client services teams to define and evolve existing program delivery standards. Activities may include internal coordination of ideation and execution of documentation updates.
- Drive sales and scoping conversations in partnership with the business development and customer experience teams providing expertise on program services and input on scoping (timeline, budget, deliverables).
- Manage Staff Augmentation consultants while being responsible for high employee satisfaction and retention.
- Extensive cost accounting experience in the healthcare finance and analytics space.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and individuals with a keen focus on employee satisfaction.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Excellent presentation and listening skills, with ability to think quickly and deliver consultative response.
- Strong executive presence to manage senior level relationships.
- Collaborative working style to partner with internal teams.
- Growth mindset to continuously improve program and customer satisfaction.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
