We are looking to add some good people to our Lacey location and are eager to find the right person that can help us succeed. You must be flexible and be able to adapt to a fast environment where not everything is perfect, we are a smaller location right now and have goals to build this into a location similar to our Vancouver location where we have 40 employees. Lots of opportunity for the motivated, hungry person who is willing to do what it takes.

Overview of the role

• Working on a crew of 2-3 guys building custom decks and patio covers and some fences.
• You will work closely with the foreman and pm to bring the project to life
• You are partially responsible for your crews results - small crew, each person matters!
• No mandatory Saturday work, but is available if you want more hours
• Some experience is preferred but we are willing to teach and train the right guy. We are mainly looking for someone that has the grit and hunger to come in and prove they got it!
• All tools and trucks are provided by us

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage can be anywhere from $24-$40 depending on experience and potential
• No ceiling on your wage, as long as your bringing more value, we will pay you more
• 100% paid by us full health/dental/vision insurance for you AND your family
• 2-4 weeks paid time off per year
• Monthly phone stipend for foreman, pm, estimators
• Tons of opportunity to grow into new roles like foreman, project management, estimating, etc.
• No mandatory out of town work. We work local so you’ll be home every night
