Declaration Writer

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking full-time creative writers to write declarations telling the stories of our immigrant clients! T-VISA and VAWA

We are a high-volume immigration law firm serving undocumented immigrants in the U.S. trying to legalize based on some form of abuse or hardship they have suffered in this country.  Whether we win or lose their case often depends on how compelling of a story we tell about their experiences.  Our writing team uses notes from interviews with our client to create a compelling story about the hardships our client has endured in such a way that it makes the reader feel exactly what our client felt as they had these experiences.

The right candidate will be a professional-level writer, native-level English speaker and writer, extremely motivated, and have access to a reliable computer, Wi-Fi, and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Most of all, they must be determined to help the underdog.  We directly impact the lives of immigrants in the US, which is an honor and so rewarding!
