Deduction Resolution Specialist

THE ROLE

The Deduction Resolution Specialist will be responsible for reviewing incoming deductions and promotional payments. This position will validate all transactions and take necessary course of action to reconcile Black Rifle accounts receivable

Your Tasks

• Manages and resolves all Wholesale channel deductions and promotional activity.
• Works directly with external customers and BRCC cross functional teams to investigate deductions, determine validity, enter, and establish a resolution.
• Uses time management skills to code deductions, submit backup, and identify new trends for assigned customers.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple systems. Prior experience in NetSuite, RJW and any customer portals is a plus.
• Successfully completes daily, weekly, and monthly checklists.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned as needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer resolution experience.
• A pattern of initiative.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated use of strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• US Military Veteran a plus
