Default Support Admin

The Default Support Admin is responsible for assisting and maintaining compliance for Pre-Foreclosure and Bankruptcy milestones. Inclusive of Foreclosure Referral review, breach letter maintenance and Bankruptcy. All employees of The Money Source Inc. are expected to provide quality customer service and maintain high ethical standards when serving our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Documents all loan-level efforts into the designated MSP Workstations.
• Daily monitoring of Collateral reports in SharePoint and in tasking - Reviewing for initial requests and processing to Custodian.
• Reviews weekly Pre-Foreclosure referral and Bankruptcy reports gather loan documents to send to attorneys.
• Provides daily tasks and reports to Pre-Foreclosure and Bankruptcy vendors
• Completes Appraisal Package reviews and mailings as needed
• Process incoming mail for Bankruptcy, Pre-Foreclosure and Foreclosure
• Monitor breach letter exception reports and assist in creating new breaches when needed
• Attends training sessions as required.
• Performs such other duties as may be assigned by Default Management.

Requirements

• Understanding of the mortgage servicing process and industry.
• Knowledge of CHFA/FHA, GNMA, FNMA, FHLMC, MI and various other investor/insurer foreclosure requirements.
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word processing and spreadsheets, data entry, PC input, etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented

Education

• High School diploma and/or some college
• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field or a combination of education and experience
• Paralegal experience is a plus
