DeFi Business Development

We’re looking for someone who’s not just passionate about decentralized applications (dApps) but also ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. If you’ve got a solid understanding of blockchain tech decentralized networks and how they can disrupt business as usual this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation finding ways to integrate dApps into our operations and unlock new opportunities.

Location: Remote in Singapore (we also have an office in SG)

About Our Team and Your Role

We’re a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes while the other half excel in building partnerships with data providers developers and the DeFi community. Communication is key to our network-driven approach.

Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe from the US and South America to Europe and Asia with an optional offices in Porto and Singapore. Remote work is the norm here.

Language Proficiency: English proficiency is essential as it’s our primary communication language.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with dApps.

• Develop strategies to drive user adoption – from marketing and user education to optimizing products.

• Collaborate closely with our technical team and other departments to ensure we align with market needs and business goals.

• Stay on top of the latest developments in blockchain and dApps to keep us at the cutting edge.

• Be ready to get scrappy and hands-on working through challenges and making things happen.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in business development relationship management and sales: ideally in exchanges crypto projects technology or related sectors with a track record of spotting and seizing new opportunities.

• Prior experience directly interfacing with DeFi protocols and related infrastructure projects.

• Deep understanding of blockchain and dApps focusing on DeFi – including their potential and challenges.

• Strong communication skills able to break down complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Great negotiation and relationship-building skills with a great track record of successful partnerships.

• A “can-do” attitude willing to dive into the details and get things done. You thrive in scrappy environments balancing multiple projects without losing focus on what matters.
