Who you are:
As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Coordinator with Frost, you will work with our Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer to implement Frost Bank's initiatives for an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace. In this role, you will assist with programming and training, coordinating strategies, and communicate Frost's DEI &B impact. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing it with integrity, caring, and excellence.
What you'll do:
- Manage the annual DEI&B commemorative months' calendar in collaboration with the Employee Community
- Provide logistical planning, coordination and support for DEI&B events and initiatives as well as standing Regional Impact Council meetings and agendas.
- Collaborate with the Frost for Good DEI&B Champions to coordinate and host events and learning opportunities that will advance employees' understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
- Support CDIO in reviewing current content, as well as researching and sharing relevant DEI&B content with staff development.
- Work with the CDIO to create and distribute monthly communications such as event reminders, and newsletters.
- Assist the CDIO in identifying and establishing relationships with those institutions where diverse high performing talent resides and represent Frost at local Diversity recruitment events and external committees as determined in conjunction with the CDIO & CHRO
- Assist with the launch and administration of long-term internal Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging programs
- Support CDIO in leveraging data and survey results to inform programs and adjustments to the DEI&B Strategic Action Plan.
- Work directly with the CDIO to develop, implement, and periodically re-assess strategies, programs, systems, processes, and applications under the DEI&B lens, including researching and implementing inclusive programs
- Work directly with the CDIO to ensure all programming and events supports and enhances our value-based culture
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a DEIB context
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a deep comprehension of the significance of inclusion and belonging within Frost
- Exhibits a commitment to uphold Frost's fundamental principles of Integrity, caring, and excellence in all aspects of their work
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
