Why you’re hereÂ
The DEIB Program Manager will play a significant role in supporting Unispace’ s Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy through providing day-to-day project and program management. This role will assist in the design and development of DEIB programs and initiatives that continue to build understanding of DEIB and employee engagement DEIBPM will stay informed of best practices, benchmarks, and trends to develop approaches and programs that are aligned with the Company’s core values. Â

Let’s be clear… you’ll be responsible for
- Build and maintain relationships with external diversity partner organizations to learn best practices, strategies, and trends; recommend charitable sponsorships to further DEIB objectives Â
- Support the DEIB team, program leads and the ERG councilsÂ
- Draft internal and external communications related to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and BelongingÂ
- Develop and create presentations related to DEIB for both internal and external audiences in partnership with MarComms team.
- Support the roll-out of the DEIB education journey to educate all Unispace Members
- Can serve as a resource to resolve complex problems and issues, may take on project co-lead role as required
- Collaborating with Senior internal and external personnel in their own area of expertiseÂ
- Participate in team responsible for establishing the DE&I strategic direction to ensure alignment with overall Company strategy and initiatives
- Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers/stakeholders

- Support our teams in providing responses as it relates to DEIB in new pursuits Â
