The Opportunity
As Delegate Relations Executive, you will be required to speak to C-Suite professionals in the B2B tech and cybersecurity space. You will represent the organization when speaking with delegates and inviting them to the organization’s events and webinars, conferences, etc. so strong verbal and written communication is key. Confidence and command over English will need to be showcased.

Responsibilities

• Connect with the relevant individuals (listed in the database) to brief them on our upcoming conferences, webinars, summits, etc.
• Answer questions about the event. 
• Drive and achieve target registrations.
• Drive attendance on the day of the event.
• Enter and update correct and valid information in the database.
• Keep records of calls, noting down useful information and changes made to records.

Requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Polite speaking etiquettes
• Ability to negotiate
• Confidence in personality
• Proficient with MS Excel
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
