Overview of job:

This Deliverables Coordinator is a valued member of the client's Business Services Support team. An integral member of the team, the Deliverable Coordinator will facilitate the review of client deliverables by the NTT DATA Business Support Services (BSS) Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Medicaid Enterprise Projects. The Deliverable Coordinator will work with vendor partners to receive project deliverables, facilitate NTT DATA's review of the deliverables, and submit the findings to the appropriate vendor partner.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Own the deliverable review process and implement any process improvements that are needed
  • Effectively manage and communicate with different stakeholders including client executives,
  • Oversee all deliverable review activities from submission to approval
  • Ensure all deliverables sent to NTT DATA for comment are reviewed by the appropriate team members within the expected timeframe
  • Effectively communicate with different stakeholders including vendor partner coordinators
  • Effectively manage your time to ensure deliverables are distributed in accordance with the timeframe communicated by management
  • Maintain ongoing consistent and transparent communication with the team, and management regarding the status of deliverables
  • Schedule and facilitate discussions among reviewers
  • Understand the role of each participant within the process, including your own role
  • Identify the type of deliverable needing review, and the appropriate reviewers for that type of deliverable
  • Monitor, track, and report on the status of each deliverable received (via the Deliverable Tracker)
  • Work with vendor partners to reconcile the Deliverable Tracker
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues in the deliverable reviews before they occur and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Communicate transparently with your leadership and all team members on each deliverable reviewed
  • Ensure that all project identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed as applicable
  • Work independently with little need to escalate normal work tasks
  • Submit status reports to the Hardline Manager (HLM) as requested
  • Employees are expected to undertake any additional duties as they are assigned by their manager

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience using tools in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio
  • Minimum of 3 years collaborating in SharePoint
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working on projects that required problem solving and analytical skills, ability to break down complex problems and develop solutions
  • Minimum of 1 year of process improvement experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience coordinating the work of others
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Health Care or Information System experience
