Delivery Consultant - IAM

Introduction
IBM Technology Expert Labs Security (IBM Security Professional Services) is looking for Consultant with deep Identity and Access Management expertise with proven record in Security domain and experience with IBM Security Verify products. The candidate will have the ultimate responsibility of delivering the design deployment configuration tuning and knowledge transfer of IBM Security Verify products (ISVA ISVG ISAMISIM) for Expert Labs customers. This is a customer facing role.

The consultant will be expected to lead all phases of IBM Security Verify design consultancy and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Scoping Planning Design and Implementation of IBM Identity and Access Management and Governance solutions
• Managing delivery of services as per scope specified in Statement of Work
• Provide deep technical expertise to ensure IBM Identity and Access Management solutions are deployed and operating to deliver the technical and business results required by the customer
• To act as a trusted client advisor to customers
• Integrating solution with applications

Security Practice and Delivery:

• Participate in client meetings to gather and validate market requirements
• Lead clients in requirements gathering system definition and documentation.
• Participate in project delivery to varying degrees depending on project complexity and geography needs
• Establish demonstrated client relationships in key accounts to help progress the IBM Security portfolio.

Individual must have a strong interest and expertise in Security in general with preference for Identity and Access Management. A qualified individual would be familiar with industry blogs key publications in the field of security and would have full awareness of any recent significant security events.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At Least 6 years of experience is required on IBM Identity and Access Management Solutions
• Deep knowledge of IBM Security Verify (ISV) / IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) / IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM)
• Installation and Configuration of ISV / ISAM / ISIM and its dependent components/products in on-premises as well as on containerized platforms.
• Advanced skills in configuration customization integration tuning and troubleshooting of IBM Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Advanced understanding of LDAP Concepts and deep knowledge of IBM Security Directory Server
• Advanced understanding of creating WebSEAL reverse proxy instances configurations and SSO integrations with different applications.
• Deep understanding of Advanced Access Control and Federation modules of ISVA.
• Advanced understanding of ISVA API
• Advanced understanding of different MFA features of ISVA
• Detailed functional knowledge of Authorization delegation and Federation protocols (SAML OAuth FIDO OpenID-Connect)
• Installation Configuration and administration of middleware of IBM DB2 IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Container deployment and orchestration
• Deep knowledge of best practices for Identity and Access Management implementation
• Experience in ISV/ISAM/ISIM migration/upgrade scenario
• Understanding of Zero Trust Security
• Knowledge of CIAM implementation using ISV
• Knowledge of extension points of ISAM/ISIM solution
• Advanced experience on IBM Security Directory Integrator
• Custom adapter development for ISIM
• Linux/Unix administration skills
• Experience in Java Java Script Python
• Excellent Communication and leadership skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Industry certifications like CISSP CISM would be added advantage
• Working knowledge of Containers
