• Proven experience managing remote and distributed teams
• Expertise in Project or Program Management, particularly in technology solutions for financial markets.
• Proficiency in cost control, KPI management, and managing digital transformation initiatives.
• Practice in pre-sales activities within the technology services domain.
• Knowledge of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Financial market domain knowledge or a financial market platform knowledge

English level: Advanced
