As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners. Reporting Relationship Reports to branch Team Leader Requirements ยท High School Graduate or equivalent ยท Valid driverโ€™s license and good driving record for the past 3 years Skills & Abilities ยท Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry ยท Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries ยท Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed ยท Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations ยท Able to work unsupervised ยท Excellent communication skills ยท Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
