As a Customer Service Representative, you will work with operations and the sales team to provide excellent customer service to our hospital partners. Reporting Relationship Reports to branch Team Leader Requirements · High School Graduate or equivalent · Valid driver’s license and good driving record for the past 3 years Skills & Abilities · Ability to provide excellent customer service to professionals in the healthcare industry · Ability to use our company portal daily to manage equipment maintenance orders and deliveries · Ability to work multiple shifts, including on-call as needed · Able to read and write in English and perform math calculations · Able to work unsupervised · Excellent communication skills · Lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 150 lbs.
