Job Description
We are in need of a skilled Delivery Manager to manage the planning, execution, and successful completion of Salesforce development projects.
This role includes responsibilities for delivery planning, risk management, providing central updates, and planning resources. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Delivery Management, carrying out Salesforce projects, and developing resource plans. This role demands an individual who is adept at solving problems and has robust English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage the planning and execution of Salesforce projects
- Develop strategies to mitigate project risks
- Update Delivery Central on project statuses
- Optimize the deployment and utilization of resources
- Encourage teamwork within the project team
- Confirm that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and timelines
- Monitor project performance and provide progress reports to stakeholders

- At least 7 years of IT experience
- Minimum of 3 years in roles involving senior leadership or project ownership
- Proficiency in Delivery Management
- Expertise in executing Salesforce projects
- Capability to develop resource plans
- Background in effectively delivering technology projects
- Skills in risk management for projects
- English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher
- Demonstrated ability to maintain project timelines and quality standards under pressure
- Certification in SAFe
- Certification in Salesforce
