What you will do
Leading a distributed development team, managing software development projects and implementing enterprise-level IT systemsManage the process of development, testing and transfer of developed systems or services to commercial operationManage the product life cycle and roadmap, develop proposals for the formation of a product development strategy, development plan and use of technical resources of existing solutionsAnalyzing customer needs, aligning development plans with technical capabilities and available resourcesInteraction with suppliers and contractors (partners), negotiations with contractors, coordination and control of workFurther support of the sales department in the development and launch of external customers' requirements for product customization (currently the product is internal, with plans for a global launch)Qualifications and experience needed
Technical background in software development,  SDLC methodology, software development practices, CI/CD & QA processesAt least 6 years of experience in commercial IT projects as a system project manager, development team lead roleAt least 3 years of management experience (processes, projects, or teams)Experience with contractors’ negotiation and coordinationExperience with budget and resources planning executionExperience with product lifecycle and roadmap managementExperience with communication and stakeholder managementExperience with decision making, conflict resolution, risk managementExperience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenanceExperience with RFP and RFI, development and implementation of system integration and solution architecture, development of technical specifications for projectsKnowledge within the telecom domain (preferred)Key Soft Skills
