- PTO is provided to team members as a lump sum allowance, not an accrual. PTO is prorated based on your start date (see table below) on a quarterly basis (with tenure-based increases), 8.75 days of sick leave, 11 federal holidays, their birthday (8 hours), up to 15 days for jury duty, and up to 3 days (24 hours) of bereavement leave per eligible instance.

Compensation
Our Compensation System is designed to reward remarkable work, grow your impact and support the whole “you” over the course of your career.
We believe in paying people fairly, so we've established a compensation model aimed to ensure everyone at Fearless — regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, nationality, or negotiation skills — is given equal pay for equal work. Our approach to compensation is intended to ensure our total package serves all of your needs and includes base pay, medical and other benefits, performance rewards, 401k matching, plus a few perks (tech and wellness reimbursement programs)! Our salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location and provide team members salary growth within a salary grade over time. Team members automatically progress within a salary range through annual increases (given to reward service at Fearless) or merit increases (given to reward and individual's demonstrated performance and growth within the position). Fearless team members are also eligible for discretionary bonuses based on company performance.
The salary ranges for this position based on location are listed below. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified as a part of our annual salary range review.

Zone 2 - NC Residents, National Average:$92,799 (min) - $120,639 (mid) - $148,478 (max)Â
Zone 3 - DE, MD, PA, TX, VA Residents: $97,439 (min) - $126,671 (mid) - $155,902 (max)
Zone 5 - DC Residents:$109,503 (min) - $142,354 (mid) - $175,204 (max)Â
Zone 6 - CA, NY, NJ Residents: $113,215 (min) - $147,179 (mid) - $181,143 (max)

- In-person, hybrid, and remote options are available. Our HQ is located in Baltimore, MD.Â

 What you’ll be doing
The Delivery Manager interfaces with clients, leadership, and fellow team members to facilitate overall satisfaction, quality of service, and timely delivery of their project. The Delivery Manager will utilize Agile, Lean, and Project Management best practices to execute complex technical tasks and apply analytical problem-solving to address the engagement's people, process, and technology needs.
Responsibilities and Contributions
Organizational LeadershipÂ
- Is accountable for day-to-day activities of their project.
- Drives communication and integrates client stakeholders, team members, and partner resources to establish a collaborative environment.
- Collaborates with Portfolio Directors and Program Managers to ensure portfolio strategies and contract requirements contribute to successful project delivery.
Functional RoleÂ
- Leads the project delivery lifecycle through collaboration and the employment of strategy, customer engagement, and process improvement.
- Maintains a strategic resource view covering projecting/forecasting deployment needs and tactical day-to-day activity view.
- Manages client relationships and is responsible for client satisfaction and risk management. Â
- Prioritizes all deliverables and ensures the quality of work meets agency standards and client objectives/brand guidelines.
- Develops deep-risk subject-matter expertise .
- Monitors known and emerging risks and manages issues, actions, and decisions.Â
- Reports project risks and performance status as requested to contract stakeholders.
- Ensures compliance with contract documentation, such as statements of work (SOWs), statements of objectives (SOOs), and quality assurance surveillance plans (QASPs).Â
- Proactively monitors project progress against key milestones and reports status.
- Demonstrates strong client-facing presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Thinks quickly under pressure and motivates and engages the team to produce the best results.
Essential Skills and ExperienceÂ
Must-Have Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated related working experience as a Delivery Manager in the IT space
- Must have recent or prior federal government contracting working experience
- Must have recent or prior experience delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers to the team, and both planning at a high level and getting into the details to make things happen when necessary.
- Knowledge and usage of industry-standard Agile and Program/Project Management Methodology, Tools, and Techniques.
- Proficiency with tools such as G-suite, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office, and project planning software.
- Ability to understand, represent, and integrate multiple business perspectives.
- Demonstrated program ownership and systems thinking skills.
- Ability to work and influence effectively across groups.
- Organizational agility and ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change rapidly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong relationship-building/networking skills and knowledge to influence key stakeholders.
- Good analytical/logistical skills and a proven problem solver.
- Must be agile, innovative, and persistent.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and the ability to research, analyze and recommend best practices.
- Ability to drive ongoing, dynamic, active stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage cross functional team projects, including vendor partners.
- Ability to learn the applicable technical terms that apply to the projects being managed.
Icing-on-the-Cake SkillsÂ
- Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner, SAFe, ACP, or equivalent agile certification.
- Project Management Professional.
- Lean training or certification.
- Experience working with federal, state, or local Government (if applicable).
- Understanding of government contracting and security processes.Â
- Multi-Party Integration, including multiple workstream management, multiple vendor management, multiple client business groups' involvement, etc.
