What You'll Be Doing:

• Bring transparency to Business and IT organization about development and grow trust

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills - Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously.
• Strong organizational skills - Able to effectively deliver multiple features across multiple stakeholder departments and drive accountability internally.
• Able to develop and foster teamwork and facilitate team dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all team roles .
• Skilled in building relationships and navigating through organizations.
• Passion to learn new techniques and skills constantly, and challenge the same of the teams.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in delivery management

Tools:
Jira, Confluence, CRM nice to have.
Education:
5-7 years related experience with a 4-year degree; or 4 years' experience and an advanced degree.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $181,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
