Job Summary:
The Delivery Manager - Data is responsible for leading cross-functional data engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet our business requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, agile project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities :
Data Solution Delivery:

• Lead cross-functional data engineering teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet our business requirements.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple data engineering projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor data engineering teams, providing guidance on data engineering best practices, agile development methodologies, and technical skills development.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop data solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Data Quality and Governance:

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve data engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. *
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, agile project management, and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, tools, and technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, GCP). + Proficiency in agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:
Certifications: Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO), data engineering certifications (e.g., Certified Data Engineer).
Experience: Experience with cloud-based data engineering platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
