Delivery Manager for Data & AI

• Leading and managing service delivery teams: he/she oversee team members assigning tasks monitoring progress and providing guidance to ensure smooth service delivery.
Identifying and resolving service issues: Proactively monitor service performance troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions
Risk management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact service delivery.
The SPGI DAI Delivery leader is responsible for all things relating to delivery of Data & AI solutions to clients in the geography. This means delivering revenue profit and maintaining utilization and NPS scores meeting the set targets.
• The SPGI DAI Delivery leader is accountable for the DAI services business which includes offerings assets sales and delivery for regional clients.
• The SPGI DAI leader will mentor Data & AI Solution architects and wiill also support the selling process of services and licenses in the growth sales plays.
• The SPGI DAI leader will act as liaison point with Client Engineering to position Expert Labs as early as possible in the sales cycle to maximize the chances of signing a billable project to bring the MVP to production.
The SPGI DAI Delivery is a mixed role combining responsibilities in services sales and delivery.
Managing client escalations: They address client concerns promptly and effectively finding solutions and ensuring satisfaction.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

We are looking for a candidate with a very extensive experience selling and delivering World Class Solutions to Expert Labs clients.
He/She would apply his experience and his expertise locally working hands-on with local sales team to help drive OI signings and revenue and optimizing cross-sell opportunities for DAI.
He/She has expertise in both Data & AI and Automation portfolios which contributes to the creation of solutions across pillars of the portfolio.
Strong project management skills are crucial for planning executing and tracking service delivery projects ensuring they meet deadlines budgets and quality standards. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile or Waterfall is often beneficial.
Leadership: Leading and motivating a service delivery team requires strong leadership abilities including delegation conflict resolution and performance management.
Budgeting and Resource Management: Effectively managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently ensures optimal service delivery within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks that could impact service delivery are crucial for maintaining service continuity.
• Demonstrating precise control of the Data & AI Services business by accurately tracking and forecasting revenue
• Improving significantly the Utilization KPIs
• Playing a significant and visible role in multiple projects collaborating with Consultants and Architects. Technical expertise project management skills and customer facing
