This role sits at the heart of IT service reliability, ensuring rapid and effective response to major incidents impacting infrastructure and applications. The Delivery Operations Representative acts as a key coordinator during critical outages, driving resolution across multiple technical and business teams. The position requires strong leadership under pressure, with the ability to manage high-severity incidents and restore services while minimizing business disruption. You will work closely with global stakeholders, technology vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure timely communication and structured recovery. Beyond incident handling, the role emphasizes continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process optimization. It is a highly visible position where accountability, clarity, and calm execution directly influence service stability and client satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
- Lead or support the management of major incidents, critical vulnerabilities, and high-impact IT service disruptions across infrastructure and applications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure rapid service restoration and effective escalation management.
- Provide clear, consistent, and executive-level communication on incident status, business impact, and resolution progress.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
- Monitor service performance trends, generate outage reports, and contribute to operational analytics and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, incident management protocols, and service delivery standards.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and application ecosystems, including cloud environments and enterprise systems.
- Experience in IT operations, service delivery, or major incident management within an ITIL-aligned environment (ITIL Foundation certification preferred).
- Ability to lead under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive resolution in high-severity situations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud), networking, security tools, or enterprise middleware.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform RCA and identify systemic issues.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience handling executive-level updates.
- Proven ability to collaborate across distributed teams and manage vendor escalation effectively.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership, relationship-building, and continuous improvement orientation.
- Any graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
