Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Operations Specialist and play a key role in ensuring seamless vehicle delivery operations across multiple countries. We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for logistics, project management, and customer satisfaction to help shape the future of automotive delivery in Switzerland
Hybrid: This position will be located onsite three days per week
What You'll Do:
- Manage logistical aspects of the order-to-delivery process, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries for D2B and D2C customers.
- Process & Compliance Leadership: Ensure offline processes are smooth and compliant with regulatory standards, while handling necessary documentation (SBRF, RFP forms).
- Oversee customer invoices, deposits, and reimbursements, and collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist the Logistics Team with tools and equipment procurement, while supporting the deployment of vehicle charging tools to enhance delivery operations.
- Analyze large data sets from third parties, converting them into actionable insights to inform the go-to-market strategy.
- Support sales network teams by evaluating performance data and developing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis, interpret findings, and develop actionable plans in collaboration with regional teams.
- Oversee third-party efforts supporting the sales network, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Present findings and updates at quarterly network review forums with regional teams.
Who You Are:
- 3 Years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in managing large data sets and databases (Excel, Access) and translating insights into strategic actions.
- Market Strategist: Strong understanding of network development or market strategy, especially in the automotive sector.
- Negotiation Expert: Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results.
- Detail-Oriented Leader: A proactive problem solver with excellent project management skills, capable of handling complex tasks independently.
- Communicator & Collaborator: Outstanding communication skills to work with all levels of the organization and external partners.
