We’re looking for a Delivery Partner to join our team. The Delivery Partner is responsible for building high performing delivery teams, cultivating strong client relationships, providing subject matter expertise in delivery strategy and execution, and driving growth within a portfolio of accounts. This role comprises a mix of delivery leadership and coaching, client management, and account growth.Â
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive success and quality on our key accounts. As Delivery Partner, you will oversee multiple accounts and the successful delivery of $15M - $40M in revenue. The most successful people in this role are outcome-driven and relationship-focused.
Role responsibilitiesDelivery QualityÂ
- Proactively identifies improvement areas in delivery across accounts within the Portfolio; ensures that the leaders on the accounts are driving improvement in project fundamentals and best practices.
- Stays abreast of the firm’s capabilities in order to best service their client(s), as well as do their best to understand work performed by other teams that may be applicable to their portfolio (via case studies or other project history).
- Drives progress towards client outcomes and the value of K+C is clearly demonstrated. Ensures teams have what they need to be successful and aligns internal groups (TMO, Finance, EX, Practices, etc.) for successful delivery.
- Works with leaders across accounts to build a strong team culture.
- Develops and shares best practices, methodologies, and tools to ensure the continuous improvement of consulting services across consulting leaders in the Portfolio.
- Partners with delivery leadership on issue remediation
- Be a servant leader on behalf of our delivery team
- Act as a defender of Kin + Carta’s principles internally and externally
- Coordinate strategy and approach with delivery on new opportunities/account growth
- Identifies and manages potential risks that may arise across the Portfolio, creates plans to mitigate against those risks.
Client Growth and Business Execution
- Participates in the sales cycle for new opportunities, ensuring SOWs are structured appropriately and teams are setup for success.
- Focuses on finding and developing new relationships and opportunities within the strategic account.
- Act as an owner of the account level P&L including organic revenue growth & margin targets.
- Leverage high-value offers, service lines & capabilities to grow revenue
- Facilitation of strategic client meetings and proposals
- Working with our clients and internal resource planning teams to set the new delivery projects up to succeed
- Supporting any delivery / client feedback issues
Client Management
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and ensuring that the organization is pivoting towards those needs.
- Ability to act as advisor to the client on their digital initiatives, seen as a trusted advisor. Brings forward thought leadership & digital expertise.
- Monitors budgets and financials, ensuring that the Portfolio is profitable and that we are appropriately managing our clients budgets
- Identifies new business opportunities, proposes consulting services to clients, and contributes to the development of new consulting solutions and services in partnership with Client Leads and Portfolio Leaders.

- 7 years experience in sales, account / project management, or consulting experience with a focus on growth and a drive to close
- Background in selling in mid-market size, preferably with a focus on services
- Passionate about sales and demonstrates a genuine interest in providing business value for our clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams
- A proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects.Â
- Demonstrated success in an enterprise account executive role, ideally within a private or hybrid cloud environment, engineering professional services solutions and sales
- 7+ years cumulative experience in IT consulting, computer software or other business services sales (ideally with cloud based solutions) where leadership, guidance and high level communication skills are critical with at least 3 of these in the Major Accounts/Enterprise sales space
- Approximately 25% travel required to work with teams and clients
