Introduction
The primary focal point for IBM service delivery in support of the client's operational environment leads the service delivery team according to a defined scope of services for logo and MVS, statements of work, documents of understanding, and inter-company agreements. Performs service delivery Crisis Management, maintains an audit ready posture and meets all business control requirements.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Assists in developing new client requirements and, is able to articulate business solutions for these requirements to the client and/or management. Ensures continuous and effective services are provided based on the contract terms and conditions.
  • Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied and takes the initiative to develop and recommend modifications to processes and procedures. Implements client satisfaction programs to ensure services are on a continuous improvement plan to reduce cycle time, eliminate defects, and improve time to delivery.
  • Works to obtain an understanding of competitive challenges and uses this information to decide when changes to the service delivery of the contract are required. Ensures service delivery client satisfaction objectives, contract cost targets and service level agreements are met and maintains a strong client partnership on C-Level.
  • Maintains strong client partnership
  • Leads service delivery team according to defined scope of services, statements of works, documents of understanding (DOU), and intercompany agreements (ICA)
  • Provides leadership to service delivery team for delivery financial/cost management by ensuring resource commitments are met
  • Demonstrates strong / effective knowledge and experience in providing operational support for the contract
  • Assists in developing new customer requirements and manage customer requirements
  • Ensures continuous and effective services
  • Drives CSAT and implements customer satisfaction programs
