We are in search of a seasoned Delivery Team Lead to spearhead our project delivery efforts at Massive Rocket. This pivotal role demands a candidate with robust delivery management experience a deep-rooted understanding of agile methodologies and a strong technical acumen. As a senior leader you will be instrumental in guiding our teams towards agile excellence while ensuring seamless project execution.

What we’re looking for

As a Delivery Team Lead at Massive Rocket your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage a team of up to ten agile and delivery professionals including scrum masters project managers and other relevant roles. You will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to our end clients serving as the driving force behind your team's performance and results.

In this role you will lead by example fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement within your team. You will leverage your expertise in agile methodologies and delivery processes to guide and support your team members in executing projects efficiently and effectively.

Furthermore as a Delivery Team Lead you are expected to have a rich technical background particularly in the Digital Consumer Experience ecosystem. This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable insights and support to your team ensuring that they have the necessary resources and guidance to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.

Overall your role at Massive Rocket is crucial in driving the success of our projects and services ensuring that we deliver value to our clients while continuously striving for excellence and innovation in our delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion agile principles and practices within the team fostering an agile mindset and culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of agile practitioners including scrum masters project managers and delivery professionals to deliver exceptional results.

• Coach team members on agile values and techniques empowering them to optimize project processes and workflows.

• Utilize your technical background in Digital Consumer Experience to provide strategic guidance and support on project delivery.

• Drive innovation and efficiency through the implementation of agile best practices and methodologies.

• Monitor and mitigate risks ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Cultivate strong client relationships striving for maximum satisfaction and retention.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in agile methodologies preferred.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivery management with a focus on agile and scrum practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in agile mindset and techniques with a track record of successful agile project delivery.

• Strong technical background in Digital Consumer Experience or related domains.

• Proven leadership skills including the ability to inspire motivate and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) or similar agile certifications highly desirable.

• Experience in agile transformation initiatives and driving cultural change is a plus.
