Demand Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

Prepare the periodic performance report/commentary for the brands/cells providing insights to risks and opportunities to meeting the agreed goals.

• Co-pilot innovation projects ensuring alignment to strategy and adherence to the stage gate approval processes including successfully meeting financial hurdles.

• New item margin analysis including pricing and approval support for brand/cell portfolios

• Drive to develop best practice of P&L efficiencies and recommendations as it relates to Investment for growth brands/seasons and cash generation.

• Play a key support role to the marketing managers in the development of their volume forecast by ensuring the use of accurate assumptions and broad communication of all risks and opportunities.

• Perform special projects and analyses as requested by the One Demand Finance Lead, Finance Director, or the marketing teams.

• Lead various projects to analyse allocation of spend to ensure optimal effectiveness is achieved.
