The Role:
We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager who will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads and opportunities through sponsored programs, webinars, email, and field events. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and working closely with our cross-functional team, you’ll design, plan, manage, optimize and report on the performance of integrated campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline. Support content creation of their campaigns: email and landing pages copy, webinar content, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs and funnel generation outcomes.
- Creating impactful buying journeys to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
- Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing to establish efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales and help optimize our follow-up sequences.
- Find, evaluate, select and negotiate with new vendors
- Track progress to goal for our SQO contribution, and come up with creative ways in which we can fill in gaps.
Who You Are:Â
- A curious, data-driven thinker who can process complex information to reveal funnel and pipeline trends, and metrics
- A servant leader dedicated to making our programs and our top-line successful
- A marketing professional with 5+ years' experience building B2B demand generation campaigns and collaborating with an enterprise sales organization
- A marketing automation expert, ideally having experience with Salesforce and Hubspot
- A natural leader, communicator and motivator that can rally and organize the team around the deliverables for our programs.

We believe in helping to shape the future of work and creating accessibility to a great working environment for all, regardless of location. Our physical office is conveniently located near Union Square in New York City and all RippleMatch team members are encouraged to work remotely or come into the office as much as they want or not at all. To ensure the health and safety of our team, RippleMatch does require proof of vaccination for all team members.
We believe in maintaining a culture that can cut across distance to suit our employees who choose to be remote as well as those who prefer to come in office. We host monthly virtual events as well as monthly in-person events, team-wide virtual activities every month like Wellness Challenges, and a time to hear from our founders regularly regardless of location.
