Demand Generation Campaign Manager

Your role:
Adjust is looking for an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager to execute campaigns with the goal of driving high-value target account opportunities and high-quality pipeline for our global sales team.Â
The role offers an exciting opportunity to build-out a multifaceted demand generation strategy, collaborating with colleagues across the wider marketing and sales teams to attract top brand names from a broad range of tech industries. You’ll have a top-class tech stack at your disposal to support you in maximizing multi-channel campaign performance to cement Adjust’s place as the go-to mobile marketing tool for enterprise companies. Campaigns are multi-channel and partnering successfully with channel owners (including ABM programs, field marketing, and partnership) will be essential.Â
Who you’ll work with:
- You’ll count the sales leaders and SDRs amongst your closest allies, regularly aligning with them on strategy as well as sharing 360 degree feedback on campaign performance and reception across global markets
- The design and content teams will support you in generating high-quality collateral for your strategic plays
- You’ll have your ear to the ground on industry developments and work closely with the product marketing team to raise awareness of our latest award-winning product releases as well as ensuring a steady flow of case studies to include in campaignsÂ
- Local events and field marketing managers will help you to spread the ABM message at exclusive in-person eventsÂ
- You’ll work with your fellow demand gen specialists to ensure unified messaging across multiple marketing channels
Your responsibilities:Â
- Collaborate with sales directors and marketing ops to define target account lists to include in campaigns whilst ensuring data is enriched, clean and up-to-date
- Define ABM metrics to accurately attribute campaign impact on opportunities and pipeline as well as influenced deals
- Take a creative and innovative approach to produce ABM campaigns which complement existing sales and marketing programs with the overall goal of driving opportunities, increasing ACV and building sales pipeline
- Apply an experimentation mindset and partner with Content and Product Marketing to create targeted messaging with a test, learn and optimize approach
- Leverage demand generation and wider marketing functions as well as the SDRs to execute programs with a unified voice across all channels
- Partner with integrated marketing to tailor and fine tune campaigns for each region
- Work together with in-house analysts to monitor and report on target account intent, engagement, buyer stage progression, opportunity and pipeline generation as well as supporting SDRs with account prioritization at each stage
- Evangelize and educate on ABM within the marketing and team and wider Adjust organization

What you bring:
- Digital/Growth Marketing experience within B2B SaaS
- Data-driven, tech-focused and analytical thinker
- Ability to take the lead and demonstrate project management skills
- Demonstrated ability in multi-channel B2B marketing (ideally within enterprise SaaS)
- Knowledge of marketing funnel and how to address the audience accordingly at each stage
- You understand targeting segmentation and always consider the company ICP in your planning
- Experience with ABM platforms (Demandbase/6Sense a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM, sales and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Drift)
- A track record of driving pipeline growth from target account lists
- Ability to work to tight deadlines with quick turnaround times
- Confident and structured communication style with ability to showcase the value and impact of ABM to the wider business
- Experience managing external relationships with platform account managers/ad agencies
- Structured and methodical in your approach to work
