This team built and operated the real-time analytics cluster at LinkedIn and Uber, supporting 100s of customer facing applications including:
- Who Viewed My Profile; Talent Insights; Member Search Appearances etc. that support 500M users at LinkedIN
- Restaurant Manager (Merchant Analytics) Dashboard that supports 1000s of Merchants at Uber Eats
Pinot can ingest from batch data sources (such as Hadoop HDFS, Amazon S3, Azure ADLS, Google Cloud Storage) as well as stream data sources (such as Apache Kafka, Spark, Hadoop, etc.)

About the Role:
StarTree is seeking a talented Head of Campaign Marketing to join our fast-growing organization. This individual would report to the Head of Demand Generation and oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs across multiple channels based on assigned acquisition segments/verticals. This position requires a keen focus on demand funnel marketing, planning and performance to enable achievement of lead generation & revenue goals that support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable success in managing campaign best practices for an early-stage startup company. This person will partner with stakeholders in Brand/Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and Content Strategy to design and execute integrated demand generation programs while monitoring results based on key performance indicators.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, including multichannel ABM campaigns, webinars, email marketing, events/tradeshows, etc. aligned to revenue targets for a high growth early-stage startup B2B SaaS company that drive repeatable, predictable, and scalable results.
- Be the subject matter expert and trusted partner for an assigned segment/vertical in the organization and engage across teams within the company to consult and execute best practices.
- Partner with Product Marketing to use our products, personas, and buyer’s journey to create and optimize a channel strategy and audience targeting that aligns with our value proposition.
- Shape and deliver on goals, objectives, and KPIs and be able to communicate results to stakeholders of various levels including senior management, executive leadership, and aligned sales teams you support.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to develop reports and dashboards to demonstrate campaign progress, and continually refine processes in order to improve overall KPIs.
- Work with Content Strategy to produce thought-leadership content to be used in multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Develop & execute annual strategies and quarterly campaign plans for assigned segments/verticals that include forecasted KPIs and deliver on commitments.
- Monitor campaign performance and delivery throughout the life-cycle of programs and assist in the development of best practices to improve campaign processes
- Report on campaign metrics and conversion rates in order to analyze past performance and identify new opportunities to improve existing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing in order to continually improve campaign efficiency and accelerate the sales cycle.
- Manage a budget required to meet demand generation goals and report any overspend
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- 5-10 years of successful experience in a demand generation role required, with progressive responsibility that includes performance marketing in organizations with a high share of marketing driven revenue.
- Understanding of a variety of marketing channels including but not limited to email, webinars, events/tradeshows, direct mail, paid media, partner marketing, ABM, and enabling sales development representatives to support efforts.
- Previous experience in a rapidly scaling business managing multi-faceted marketing programs from planning to completion in a fast paced environment.
- Proven track record of scaling performance marketing channels to deliver multi-year business growth
- Effective at project management, with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects at once and deliver within deadlines.
- Experience using key marketing reporting tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Google Analytics.
- Strategic understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot/Marketo, lead scoring strategies, and the marketing funnel stages (MQL, SQL, etc.).
- Understanding of marketing metrics and funnel analytics to optimize campaigns, and ability to deliver feedback on best strategies to drive demand.
- Writing skills appropriate for demand generation (email, web, social, and campaign ads).
- Communicate effectively on a regularly scheduled cadence between stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Comfortable presenting virtually and in person, both internally and externally (webcast, user conferences, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills in delivering vision and strategy for campaigns to senior management and executive leadership.
