Job Description

We are looking for a Contract Demand Generation Campaign Coordinator to support our campaign execution and help us deliver programs that drive pipeline.

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and working with a cross-functional team of marketers, you will execute lead-gen tactics like SEO, content syndication, and paid media in ways that engage our target market and are effective in educating target audiences about FloQast. You will be a key contributor to our ongoing relationships with agencies and publisher partners with a focus on scale, quality, and continuous improvement. This role will focus on project management and coordination of the listed key responsibilities. Ultimately, you will drive demand generation efforts to help achieve our business objectives.

*Note: This is a contract based role with an estimated length of 6 months, 30 hours/week.

What You'll Do:

  • Publisher Partnerships & Content syndication - Calendar management and coordination with internal teams and our publisher partners to get placements in-market
  • Manage an Asana calendar of content syndication placements for the calendar year
  • Request needed design and copy elements based on specs for each content syndication placement within team SLAs
  • Circulate placement creative for internal feedback and coordinate revisions 
  • Send placement assets and creative to content syndication partners for publication
  • SEO - Coordinate with our SEO agency, demand gen team, website developer, and Director of Content and Creative Services to bring our SEO strategy to life
  • Prioritize requests by impact level in tandem with our SEO agency
  • Assign SEO tasks to the relevant team members in Asana 
  • Coordinate new SEO content topics with the product marketing team and our SEO agency
  • Paid Media - Provide support to our Senior Demand Generation Manager in coordinating with our agency partners to get ad campaigns live and optimized
  • Send ad requests to our creative team via Asana
  • Circulate ad creative for internal feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team
  • Draft campaign requests for our paid media agency in Basecamp
  • Maintain a task sheet for our paid media agency
  • Coordinate with our MOPs team for paid campaign tracking setup
  • Assist with one-off paid media reporting
  • Draft initial copy for demand gen campaigns across paid social, content syndication, and email channels

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Excellent project management skills with previous experience managing multiple competing, time-sensitive priorities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience using Asana or other project management tools
  • Clear written communication skills
  • You ask thoughtful questions, are a team player, are exceptionally organized, and have an optimistic attitude
  • Experience with Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, and /or Salesforce is a plus
  • Previous marketing agency experience is also a plus

The hourly pay rate for this position is $38-52/hour.
