Demand Generation Lead
Job Description
Position Summary:
The Lead Generation Associate will be accountable for implementing QuartzBio lead generation efforts. The Lead Generation Associate with collaborate with QuartzBio leadership and subject matter experts to increase awareness for QuartzBio’s unique solutions, while supporting the development of early conversations into business development and sales activities. QuartzBio is a fast-paced and rapidly growing team, providing tech-enabled solutions to maximize the potential of biomarker data and streamline clinical operations. We support clients primarily engaged in the rapidly evolving field of biomarker-driven clinical drug development in oncology, immuno-oncology, rare and orphan disease, autoimmune, and other therapeutic areas

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement outreach plans focused on securing business from prospective customers
- Generate new leads by leading direct outreach to prospective customers through a mix of phone, email, and other outreach
- Develop and implement nurture tactics to convert current and prior leads to new business wins, including through use of lead generation content
- Respond, engage, and qualify marketing generated leads
- Coordinate sales and business development calls with leadership, sales teams, and prospective customers
- Capture and maintain accurate records of sales conversations including key customer questions and next steps to advance sales opportunities
- Work closely with leadership and sales teams to qualify prospects and to implement sales strategies
- Lead preparation for relevant sales calls, including summarizing recent conversations for all participants and coordinating content development
- Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information
- Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences
- Update and maintain SalesForce and relevant tools in a timely manner to ensure high standards of data integrity as well up-to-date data capture to generate accurate activity reports on weekly and monthly bases as requested
- Monitor and maintain data quality within marketing and sales databases
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations to optimize our marketing and lead nurturing processes
- Identify, evaluate and manage external vendors in support of key areas for lead generation
- Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Â
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing or business, or equivalent experience in a marketing, business development, or sales environment
Other Required:
- Possesses a keen understanding of the CRO / Specialty labs market and the role that Precision plays in that environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player contributing to a positive, collaborative working environment
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Extended work hours may be necessary in order to meet business demands
- Must possess a valid driver’s license allowing you to drive in the state(s) you drive in Â
- Must be able to read, write, speak fluently and comprehend the English language
Preferred:
- Certification or degree in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Information Technology or related field
