THE ROLE
Medely is seeking a motivated Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing Team. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will be crucial in shaping the marketing organization as we scale. You will be working cross functionally with the sales and clinical operations departments to drive acquisition growth of new medical facilities and nursing professionals. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker with the capability to operate across multiple demand generation disciplines, stay organized, and hit growth goals. There will also be the opportunity to expand the demand generation team as we learn and grow our marketing capabilities.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE
Own Medely’s demand generation program, partnering with our SMB sales, Enterprise sales, and nursing professionals acquisition teams to drive growth in current and new markets
Own lead generation flows including landing pages and flows to the sales teams, including testing and optimization
Partner with our agency to manage and optimize our advertising spend in our paid channels
Test new acquisition channels for both facilities and pros, including digital, out of home, partnerships, and non-traditional methods
Expand our current efforts into new markets around the country
Build and own our social media acquisition strategies and results
Responsible for results and reporting on our acquisition KPIsÂ
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years experience working with lead generation channels
A deep understanding of multiple marketing channels such as Google, Facebook, out-of-home, email marketing, partnerships and more
Strong grasp of marketing metrics and the ability to align projects with our goals and OKRs
Independent, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environmentÂ
Willingness to try take on new challenges and work on new channels
Bonus Points if You Have:
Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns
Working knowledge of Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce and BI tools
