Responsibilities
The Demand Gen Manager is an integral part of the Growth Marketing team at Logility, a global function focused on driving business growth. This agile, action-oriented team strives to be the demand generation engine for the business.
We are seeking a campaign execution wiz that feels a strong sense of pride and ownership of their campaigns. This is also a terrific opportunity for someone who enjoys data-driven decision making to improve campaign performance.
Key to driving success in Growth Marketing, the Demand Gen Manager is responsible for building and executing global demand generation campaign plans. In addition, core responsibilities include:
- Build demand gen and nurture campaign plans based on the campaign framework
- Based on approved events plans, build campaign execution plans to secure engagement and meetings during the event
- Set campaign goals in form of engagement (clicks, form fills), lead creation and lead quality (SAM and conversions)
- Execute demand, nurture, and events campaigns, based on approved plans
- Project manage all campaign deliverables within agreed timelines in the approved campaign plan
- Collaborate with Comms & Content team to drive the creation of high-quality campaign assets
- Manage third-party media and platforms to serve as important channels for lead generation, within budget
- Interpret campaign performance and adjust campaign plan to meet targets for qualified lead creation
- Report regularly, monthly and quarterly, on performance of integrated campaigns with a focus on lead quality (SAM) and stage 1 opportunity creation.
- Proactively communicate campaign timelines, milestones, progress, and blockers to stakeholders in marketing, BD, Sales and partner teams
- Ensure precise campaign attribution in the marketing automation platform and in CRM, including advising stakeholders on data inputs to drive accurate campaign reporting
This role demands a proactive communicator, adept at relaying campaign timelines, milestones, progress, and blockers to stakeholders in marketing, BD, Sales, and other partner teams. And, to be successful, the Demand Gen Manager must be committed to developing & sustaining fluency in Logility value propositions, differentiators, solutions, and industry insights - to ensure relevance and consistency in campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar area
- 2-4 years' experience building in designing and executing integrated campaigns for supply chain stakeholders (preferred) or complex business solutions
- 1 year+ digital marketing campaign experience
- Experience creating integrated campaigns for a global audience
- Copy writing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft toolset (O365 and CRM)
- Competent with marketing automation platform (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot)
- Prefers in-house experience however agency experience can be transferable
- NA based, Atlanta-based preferable, Eastern or Central time zone
- Demand gen marketing preferable
