The Mission:

We are looking for a dynamic demand generation marketer who loves to build companies from the ground up. You’ll help build a category-defining company and accelerate our market adoption through tailored programs to upsell our existing user base and go after net new accounts. This role reports to our Director of Growth Marketing and collaborates with the rest of the Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product.


We are looking for someone who is creative but analytical (you’re right and left-brained). You can scale up and down a program, from owning the strategy, to execution, iteration, and tracking performance. And you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and team-oriented.


Core Responsibilities:

· Designing, building and operating integrated campaigns that translate into sales pipeline, driving higher deal size, better deal velocity and conversion across the sales funnel.

· Full funnel marketing across channels: Implement creative and effective ideas for bringing new leads into the funnel through multi-channel online campaigns that include methods like events, webinars, email campaigns, nurtures, paid media, content syndication, etc.

· Contribute to content development aimed at targeting prospects throughout the customer lifecycle.

· Event marketing: Plan, execute, and align with team on running stellar events that integrate with company initatives, both Typeface-owned events and third-party conferences.

· Partner marketing: Collaborate with the partnerships team to develop channel marketing and partner marketing strategy for increasing demand through partnerships.

· Collaborate across teams to implement an effective feedback loop to optimize lead generation, improve pipeline acceleration, and maximize sales

· Reporting & Analytics: the capacity to create reports, interpret data, solve problems and make informed decisions by analyzing information and leveraging insights for strategic outcomes

· Program Management: The planning, executing and overseeing of role related projects to ensure successful execution and advantageous outcomes


Minimum Qualifications:

· 3+ years of demand generation B2B experience

· Proven experience working with email marketing, events, social advertising/ paid media and content syndication

· Proven track record of crafting and executing successful demand generation programs

· A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven decisions.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight

· Familiar with or ready to learn Hubspot, Salesforce, Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, to help the team manage leads, email campaigns, and analytics.

● Prior experience at a start-up.
