Job Description
Reporting to the interim CMO, you will define end-to-end solutions to acquire and engage customers and own the conversation funnel to drive inbound marketing, and outbound sales and optimize lead conversion. Other responsibilities include developing and executing demand creation programs, understanding metrics, and data in order to foster a closer understanding of the company's efforts, and achieving Marketing Quality Lead (MQL) quantity, quality, and conversion targets. You would also optimize marketing campaigns, create targeting marketing, drive strategy for email marketing, collaborate with the product marketing team to create various marketing content and work closely with operations to optimize internal lead processes and rapidly iterate to optimize conversions.
This is a hybrid role - 40% in office and 60% remote. Candidate must be based within commuting distance of Atlanta.
A typical day for this role may include:
- Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns to drive leads for the sales pipeline
- Managing events, campaigns and
- Identifying, developing, and building buyer personas for our B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) and running A/B testing strategies against these personas
- Proactively finding opportunities for additional marketing spend and channel exposure
- Tracking and measuring the impact of our programs and using insights/learnings to continuously optimize initiatives for better results
Requirements
- Five years' experience in B2B marketing demand generation
- Experience with HubSpot's CRM, Marketing Automation and Web CMS (Content Management Systems) applications as well as the use of intent data
- Ability to gain confidence and trust of teammates
- Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbal skills
- Honesty and integrity
- Results-oriented approach with a "can do" attitude
