Job Description
What you’ll do
As Stensul’s Demand Gen Manager, you’ll play an instrumental role in creating full-funnel pipeline opportunities and then driving them through to Closed/Won status. In this position you will draw on your creative and analytical skills as well as the ability to work cross-functionally.
You’ll be focused on four critical areas:
- Program ideation - Devise marketing campaigns, taking them from concept through launch
- Program implementation - Execute digital and physical marketing programs and events
- Program analysis - Measure and report on campaign performance, during and post-execution
- Program optimization - Evaluate and share results to gain insight and then apply learnings to improve performance
Specific responsibilities will include:
Program ideation
- Identify multichannel experiences and campaigns that will resonate with our audiences
- Envision demand generation programs that can make use of email, events, webinars, paid media, content syndication, videos, owned/sponsored events, etc.
- Develop short-term as well as evergreen-type campaigns to raise visibility, drive website traffic, and generate sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities to extend the value existing content; Uncover opportunities with other brands/organizations/influencers
Program implementation
- Project manage all aspects of all campaigns, including deadlines and expectations are metÂ
- Streamline workflows and associated tasks so internal SLAs are met on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-upÂ
Program analysis & optimizationÂ
- Determine the metrics to track results overall/by campaign; establish performance benchmarks; continuously improve upon themÂ
- Develop lead scoring standards and MQL goals so SDRs have sufficient ICP prospects to work
- Analyze each campaign and become the go-to-source for insight
- Institute an early warning system that alerts when performance is pacing above/below desired levels and have a process to mitigate risk or maximize opportunity Â
- Report results and learnings to help Marketing, Sales, and Operations understand how a campaign performed and why
- Put in a place a testing framework
- Build a consistent feedback loop with Sales and Marketing to allow for continuous improvementÂ
Who You Are
- You have 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience. Experience with a SaaS technology preferred
- Experience with months-long sales cycle preferred
- A self-starter and team player, with high EQ & IQ
- A strong communicator and relationship builder with stakeholders at all levelsÂ
