The Role: 

Carrot is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle nurture programs to drive engagement and surface MQLs within net new employer prospects accounts. This newly-created role will be responsible for understanding the buyer journey, defining landmarks along the way, and executing and reporting on programs that drive deep engagement. While email and digital marketing will be a major component of this role, we’re looking for people who have multichannel experience. Additionally, you will run programs to generate new leads and support our ABM team in efforts to nurture top accounts.  The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology, and a successful track record driving user engagement and retention. This role will report to Carrot’s Director of Demand Generation.

  • Collaborate with the content team to build prescriptive persona- and account-based lifecycle nurtures, including email and digital ads, to ensure that accounts and prospects are nurtured throughout the entire funnel. You’ll own the strategy around segmentation for each persona or account stage.
  • Own and execute lead generation programs for our employer segment, including webinars and content syndication
  • Own and execute campaigns to source new leads in our SMB market
  • Support ABM manager by building out ABM nurtures within our new ABM platform
  • Monitor, track, and report on the goal attainment of your segments, and program success metrics.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timeline, ROI, and data-driven improvements through optimization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or ABM
  • Proven track record creating nurture strategy and working with marketing operations to deploy within Marketo or ABM automation platforms 
  • Experience building and executing digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • Ability to work independently on strategy and problem solve 
  • Ability to work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
  • Strong project and program management skills with ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Experience utilizing B2B Martech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Zoominfo, ABM platforms and Ramp Metrics or similar.

Compensation:

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $103,000 - $141,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
