CoreWeave is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Demand Generation Manager to join our growing team. At CoreWeave, we are building the next generation public cloud for GPU-accelerated workloads. Your primary responsibility is to own marketing campaigns that drive demand and raise brand awareness for CoreWeave’s products and services within our target markets. You will create, execute and monitor the performance of campaigns across every marketing channel. You will own the marketing calendar, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines and hit targets. We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented marketers that want to make positive contributions to the company’s culture, in an environment that focuses on growth both for individual team members and the company as a whole.
This role is based onsite in Philadelphia, PA.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Create integrated, end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive both new customer acquisition and engagement with current customers.
- Own the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success across all channels, including email, website, events, webinars, social media, etc.Â
- Apply an experimentation and data-driven mindset to marketing campaigns to test, learn, and optimize constantly.Â
- Utilize marketing automation tools to build and manage nurturing programs, optimizing the customer journey at every step.Â
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering to design and orchestrate impactful campaigns that highlight CoreWeave products and target the use cases we serve.Â
- Collaborate with partners and clients on co-marketing campaigns and events.Â
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure CoreWeave’s brand and messaging is consistent and compelling.Â
- Oversee CoreWeave’s campaign calendar and ensure timely execution of deliverables and campaigns.Â
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Proven ability to perform successfully in a fast paced, flexible environment.

- Experience with cloud services, high-performance compute, AI and machine learning, or Kubernetes.Â
The base pay for this position ranges from $85,000/year up to $110,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
